Title: Heated gloves

Does anyone use battery powered heated gloves ?

I have a pair of Gerbers. I plug them into the bike's electrical system. I think you can get batteries so that they will work away from the bike. They are very warm but it is a bit of a faff running the wires down the sleeves of your jacket. I tend to use my heated grips unless it is very cold on a long journey.

Thanks, going to see what I can find tomorrow...    just curious, do you skin the gerbils before you electrocuted them ?   :)

I tried battery powered ones once - each glove had a 9v PP3 in a pocket on the wrist. The were utterly bloody useless to be honest.

there was a head to head  article in ride magazine this month about that very thing grips v gloves although they found the gloves good the heated grips won best choice  ,,tommy
