Just bought this little thing, z250c. Not seen it in the flesh yet but looking forward to getting it ;) Not seen one in years, apparently has nice "patina" with genuine 8k miles......need to sell GPz to make room for it :o

Wow... that takes me back Steve. I very nearly bought one new back in 1980 but ended up going for the Honda cb250rs instead. Never did regret my decision. Looks in decent condition going by the pic you've posted. Best o luck with it👍... cheers, Michael

Thanks Michael. I`ve blown up the pictures a bit and studied them and she is pretty tatty looking but all original I think? I look forward to getting it and using it. Not the fasted machine in the world but hopefully fun. ;)

I do remember them, they did a Scorpion one too but that was a twin I think.

I had a purple Scorpion. Belt drive, same as the GPZ305. Managed to snap the crank! :-\

I had a Z250 twin,the crank went clank clonk on mine,the bike was only about five years old back in the mid 80s.
