Doesn't he just.... clever chappie indeedy. Still thinks Matt will give him a run for his money tho once his XBR special is finished..... 😁🤘

He's a very clever bloke. Remember him building one of his Kawasaki triples based specials on the Mechanics stand at Stafford many years ago-watched him filing the crankcases. I spoke to him about doing me a 4 cylinder KH 250 based special but I quickly decided I wasn't up to adapting the cycle parts to house the across the frame four!

Won't happen now, as I was unable to find a milling attachment for my mini grinder.  :(

Not touching the engine for good reason. Does he sell his creations? I wonder what that Velo would fetch? Drool!

There is an article in next month's Classic Mechanics, the first of a series showing how he did it. He makes it look so easy but I think it's having the ba££s to make that first cut when altering the crankcases.
He deserves a knighthood!!
