it's a good subject to post on TC chatter ...
I think Shields is a bit of a twit, and in a proper English manner i'm mildly irritated by his comments ..
but .. he is referring to Jamaica right ?
I'm all for everyone wearing good protective gear, but it's impossible to legislate for it, not as simple as seat belts is it ?
And the policy of traffic police knocking scooterists off in a 'controlled colision' has backfired somewhat when the scrotes on scooters worked out that they wouldn't be knocked off if they weren't wearing helmets...

Steve..... TWIT ya say!!...T...WAT I say. A danger to the general public, well when was the last time you heard of someone deliberately mounting a footpath and using their motorcycle for mowing down and killing totally innocent people..... eeerrr, never (certainly as far as I'm aware) I don't see people like him waving their banners to get cars/vans etc banned off the roads. Again as you said Steve he irritated me with his comments, certainly not enough to put me off my cornflakes tho. Thanks for posting it Ian... I too think it will make for a good topic of discussion on here... cheers, Michael

using the same criteria .... all black BMW's should be removed from the road and crushed , along with the occupants ... as they are clearly all involved in drug dealing activities....
