I know we get tailgated, but the main angle of attack comes from the forward 180°, or have I got it wrong and 360° "All round supervision of the clowns" is required?

Perhaps a mobile phone jamming device with a 100m radius.

I agree Bill, seems a lot to pay for something of limited practicality....  I'd pursue your idea of immobilising mobile phones.... maybe take it a step further .... make 'em blow up !  ;D
