Ye gods!.... 10 out of 10 for being able to ride the bloody thing!
0 out of ten for user friendliness, safety, storage space, using the fuel tank as a windshield!!, etc etc
chances of obtaining an MOT .... 0

still, someone loves it, and I'm all for free expression and individuality  :)
