Class :) Recognise the Aermachii engine.

Very nice!....not many of those around!

Very nice Spooky, a grand wee bike and if those are modern compound Dunlop K82's you'll be ear'oling all over the place! ;D
This website should prove useful as well, if you haven't beaten me to it! ;) Aermacchi_motorcycles_community (http://aermacchimotorcycles.com/)
These gentlemen are often seen at the Manx with their re-framed 'macchi's! I last saw them in the Parliament Square, Castletown at the VMCC Sunday afternoon bunfight. Aermacchi_Racing (http://aermacchi-racing.com/)
I'm afraid a V---shod wouldn't distract me from one these wee beasties! ;)
Have fun, Bill

Can't believe I gave one of these away 15-20 years ago, didn't look like this one though.

just had a good ride out with the local vmcc group, covered 160 miles on a round trip to the Mike Barry motorcycle museum near Brampton, worth a visit, some interesting and unusual motorcycles to see, ss-350 went very well, like it...
-
was offered a deal/swap for a GB400 the other day but i declined.....what are they selling for these days ? it`s very nice but too new for me, don`t like paying rfl
-
I`ll swap ya a 94 Skorpion Sport AND a 92 Jawa 350TS AND a BMW 328i SE car AND one and a half SP370 Suzuki`s ;) ;) ;)
-
Aye Spooky,
Hang on to the wee dodger, far more fun and easier to maintain than these Japanese whizz bangs! ;) At least you can see where all the bits are and get to them, whilst the pushrod motor is nice and simple to work on if required.
Keep enjoying it! ;D
My regards, Bill

A mint GB500 is, say, £5000, so I reckon a mint GB400 is perhaps, £3500 to £4000 :-\

I`d agree with the 400 price Tim but I`d say a mint 500TT (89 model) would be closer to 8k ;) ;) ;) ;D Just got mine insured for an agreed 7k :o 8)

Sorry if your initial thread has been taken in another direction Spooky, but Tim is "spot on" with his GB400 price ... The VJMC has a very tidy one for sale in the "latest" club magazine ... It looks in excellent condition, 1988, £3600 ... Steve, ( Manxie ), look after that GB, we really should keep in touch regards any decision to sell ... We don't want to flood the market ..!! Regards, Tony

I won`t be parting with the ss350 anytime soon, was just curious what the gb would be worth ...now i know, thanks
