Looking at flyscreen reviews, I came across a forum post in which the author had been out testing his screen in February in Texas and noted that;
"Oh, and it must be dead skunk season. Wow, I saw/smelled at least six dead skunks in the middle of the road on today's swan about".
My uncle lives thereabouts and I'm sure he told a story of one getting in his car and "letting off steam" forcing him to have it reupholstered. Think sharing a tent at a rally after a weekend of beers and curry, then multiply by a large number!
