Wha do they do? I'm guessing aluminium!

I have used aluminium warehouse about half a dozen times with 100% satisfaction. (Kiss of death for my next order!). Their postage charge is about 14 quid tho so I always wait and put in a decent sized order. Price of the metal seems competitive.

No, Yorkshire. Must be a chain? It's not my local one, but I pass it regularly. Never stopped though!

I've used them lots of times and the trade version of the site, Alibaba.com, never had a problem, the site is a host for many Chinese companies and sells pretty much everything. If you check the order it should say what shipping company was used, sometimes it can be quite slow if it is a small item going out through regular post.
