French design, chinese production, Honda 400 CB thumper, 27 HP = €3990 in France. A good base for tuning

Now these are so tempting. The Guzzi's 50 HP is nice, especially the three times a year it gets used two up, but the 30 HP segment is coming alive. This, the SR400, improved Enfields, all proper "use 100% of what you paid for" machines.
