Spotted this on Ebay - I bet the handling is interesting at full blat!!

The only positive is that the front basket is fixed to the frame not the forks.
I don't suppose full blat is that fast either. Still if I was a 16 year old delivery boy it looks a lot more fun than pedaling everywhere.
