Title: Hi All, new member here.

Hi All,

Just joined the forum as recently acquired a 1988 XBR500. Just got its MOT and tax this week so had my first proper ride this evening. All very different to my normal bike which is a CBR600, Great fun though!  ;D ;D

There are a few things I need/want to do with it but am not very experienced with the spanners so will probably be asking lots of questions. :-[

Welcome Andy,

Have a good root about and try the 'Search' as there has been an awful lot of XBR'ing on here.   ;)

Thanks for the welcome. I'm on the south coast between Portsmouth and Southampton, are there any other members with XBR's around here?
