Sorry to pop up unannounced after a massive absence.
I am running the Cardiff Half Marathon on October 6th and raising money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association in memory of our much-missed club member Bruce Pollard. (http://www.realclassic.co.uk/opinionfiles/bruce_pollard.html)
