Title: Man in a frock invites you
Post by: Steffan on September 03, 2013, 07:31:44 AM
Just in case... my licensing (when they formally and ritually give you responsibility for a parish) will take place at St Hillary's Church LLanilar on Monday the 9th at 7.00PM.

I mention if because I wouldn't want you all to feel left out and not invited. There will be a cup of tea afterward and a bit of cake I suspect, though I don't know.

As I said Raph, I am not expecting anyone to trek out but I wouldn't want to have not invited my mates

Steffan,

Thank you for your gracious invitation. Unfortunately, I shall be engaged in a 'centre' meeting to do with "blahblahblah, performance, returns, income, do you have your PPE on you?" ::)

What's it like to be 'legal', for once?  ;)

Have a grand day.

My regards, Bill.

You have to be licensed for communion wine?

Can you make a confirmation on the cake?

Job done.  Steve is now officially in office and moving house next week.

A very impressive, moving and historic ceremony was held at the ancient Church of Llanilar.  Bells were rung, solemn promises were made and, I am pleased to say, tea and beer consumed afterwards.

Sincere congratulations to a Thumperista and family on this chaps.  Llanilar is in for a treat and a shock.

I have noted the "Falcon" "office" directly opposite.  ;)

Hope the move goes well and the inhabitants pay heed to the sage words!

My regards, Bill.

Congratulations !
Will you have enough time for your annual "pelerinage" to France ?

Time to spend in France? You better believe it!
There is a shed and a meet will be announced as soon as matters are settled.
The Falcon is a convivial distance from both the Church and the Vicarage.

Congratulations on achieving this important next step Steff, sorry we could not be there to see it but we will attend the formal celebration of your arrival in a new "shed" when announced.
