I have a laser multimeter - nothing clever but it works or did until the cables split.

Yesterday I emailed their customer care person, Miles at toolconnection.

I got a reply within a couple of hours and this morning, in the post was not one but two sets of cables and the alligator converters FOC.

Now that is what I call first class service.

How good to hear a positive story - make sure to put something in the Recommended Services section.

I shall try to remember to buy the next tools I need from them tell them why.

i had a problem with a scottoiler a few years back, the bit that took the oil to the sprocket broke, i called them and they sent me a new part, no charge, it wasnt under guarantee, id had it years.
