Title: Replica engine screw sets.
Post by: Dick Scratcher on July 13, 2012, 06:39:33 PM
I seem to remember seeing an advert for replica engine screw sets, not stainless or socket head screws, but now can't trace it anywhere, does anyone on the forum have any knowledge of who they might have been ?.

I've been informed that  www.sunrisegraphics.co.uk cover a range of standard 6mm engine bolt sets but if anyone else comes up with alternative suppliers I'd still be interested.

You can find inox screw sets on E-bay, generally sold by German blokes.
German often means quality (no patriotism in this sentence : I am french)

Inox is better in alloy than alloy in alloy. It prevents the screw to "weld" in the engine.
