Title: xbr shocks etc
Post by: reckless_b on July 13, 2012, 10:03:49 AM
Hi all, my first little question is about the rear shocks, what length should they be, the ones fitted to mine are 12.5" long and both wheels are on the ground  when its "on the stand" but there is some free play on the stand pivot.
Secondly, what are the differences between the 500f and the 500h models, besides the exhausts, front indicators and starter clutch/ gears, I have a 500h, but used to own a 500f.
    Many thanks R

Aye reckless_b,

Whilst not an owner of an XBR I was going to purchase a pair of replacement Koni shocks from an XBR, there length was quoted as 315mm between the mounting eye centres. Your measurement seems a bit short. No doubt the XBR mafia will be along in short order to advise and give me grief if I am incorrect!  ;)

My regards, Bill.
