You have Dehydrated rain ?

Makes sense.....just add water.
So thats why the hose pipe ban has been lifted in the South East.

I'm in the South-East but our hosepipe ban is still in place!
Our waterboard gets it's supply from boreholes rather than reservoirs and the water hasn't permeated through to the underground water table, yet. Can't wait until it does as then it will come out of the springs that in the locality and fill the ephemeral river beds that we have!
