Yeah, it's an SR, the drum brake, spoked front wheel model was available in some markets (but not the UK).
Saddle looks very aftermarket and there's a heap of stuff missing under the seat ;)

I can't help but think that for the simple addition of an alloy tank it would be even better.
Never seen one with the drum brake mind, but can't remember when I last saw even the UK standard model for that matter.

I used to own a 1997 SR400 (Jap home market only) and it had the twin leading shoe front brake. It was perfectly adequate for the performance of the bike especially if set up correctly, which a lot of them werent!. I will try to dig a photo out ..... or provide the link
