Title: Layout
Post by: Steve H on February 11, 2007, 08:38:12 PM
I'm trying a new way of building up teh site layout. In theory it should similiar to before with a few minor changes to positioning etc. There is still some work to do but I thinks its close.
If you have any problems can you let me know what they are and the browser you are using
Cheers
Steve

I get real problems with The Boss complaining about the amount of time I spend in cyberspace - can you reformat this so she thinks I am fixing the washing machine?

IE7, it is wider than my browser page so I have to use the bar at the bottom to see the message page (and slide the toolbar off the left of the page)
Other than that seems ok?

My avatar now seems to have scroll bars around it, as if it's now too big

From where I am now, at work and on IE6, every avatar seems to have a scroll bar across the bottom.

At home this morning, with IE8, yours and mine had scroll bars at the sides as well.

The forum layout comes last. Because its has its own style sheets, small changes to the main layout seem to have unpredicatble effects. I'll sort the forum when I'm happy with the rest
