Title: XBR500SJ Choke cable

Hello All,

The choke cable is bust on my XBR and I went to order one from D Silver today only to find out they have none and Honda don't list anymore :(

Does anyone have a spare lying about I could buy from them or know of a source/alternative for an XBR500SJ cable?

if you can post a picture of the choke lever and the carb end of the cable someone may recognise it fom other hondas.

Emgo make one and they pop up on Ebay all the time. I was lucky this week and snagged one for £4. They normally sell for closer to £10.

If you send the remains of your old cable to Venhill they will gladly make you a new one, and you can ask for it to be an inch or so longer (the standard cable only just fits).

As GC says,they often come up cheap on Ebay, but if you're in a hurry try www.wemoto.com - £10.46 +p&p  or Ebay
8067033207 buy it now at £9.95 + p&p....... I must get a spare in sometime!
