Went up with Ifor to see Bruce on saturday, stopped overnight with him and had to endure his choice music, it was non stop corny hits. He has a good set up there with screens, computors and cds everywhere just like a recording studio.
Bruce, please don't produce a cd of your favourite hits.
We went to a bike show/autojumble on sunday in Winstanstow near Craven Arms to show his bike off.
Ian obviously had to transport the bike for Bruce but it was and nice day and he was in good spirit with all the interest shown towards the Norton.
Also good to see Furry John and Molly turn up unexpectedly.

Yes Mark,
It was good to see you, Ifor and Bruce, with his bike and record book, at a show again, we went up on the Velos with others from the Velo Owners Club and certainly did not expect to meet anyone we knew! Both bikes ran well and we got home with fuel and oil to spare. We were accompanied by a pretty black XBR owned by the editor of of the VOC's Fishtail magazine. He loves riding it, as does Mol her GB. If you think of all the things you would have liked to see as developments on the Velo, both bikes tick all the boxes. Busy weekends coming up, we could see you at Stafford, but will be at Pembrey for the CMCRC meeting on the Sunday.

Saturday was spent largely working on the Guzzi. Went to hear the Archbishop of Canterbury preach on Sunday morning. Went Zedding in the afternoon. Small roads only - a big smile on my return.
Guzzi off to MOT station now and then Cardiff if all is well.
MOT pass!! Result!

PS posted three pics of ZED ride

Hi Steff,
Is your return to Cardiff longer than a few hours, if so how about a few beers at the Pluff one evening?

Friday I dropped of the Vstrom for it's first service then took wifey to the seaside for fresh air and a spot of lunch.
Back to work on Saturday and got on with plaster boarding the new dining room ceiling.
Took No1 son for a jolly on the Vstrom sunday, followed by a few little jobs on the extension which terminated suddenly when wifey invited me to beers down the pub.
All in all a fine weekend ;D

Seems I'm reasonably irresistible as long as I keep fitting kitchen units. I'm sure normal service will resume once the extensions finished though :'(

Hi Steff, Guzzi you say....which model? I bought a Quota a couple of years ago.

Dave,
A Quota, I hear you say. Apparently it's a symptom of a depraved personality but I alway liked the Quota. Do you still have it? I have a T4 (Late T3 with Spada top fairing)
Absolutely an addiction machine, I chant "thank you Mr Tonti" everytime a corner tightens on me. Drop me a line-we ought to take this conversation offline - or remove one of the plug leads.

Sorry Mark, seems to be a thread Hijack here.
Hi Jethro, sorry to hear about your Mum, give her our love, a drink is a good idea if you are in the neighbourhood, the Pluff at 8:00pm seems to be favourite, it would be good to see you. Squirrel, nothing at the Pluff to pick up except glasses, see you if you can make it.
