Am I happy or what? Indians in Moscow are now available as MP3 downloads from Amazon. And what's more, it's for both albums!
Currently cooking dinner to the tune of 'Naughty Miranda' with its excellent lyrics like 'give me that knife or I'll scream'.
Superb stuff. Takes me right back to the 80's.
As an aside, I have one of the albums on vinyl and have been meaning to use my USB turntable device to convert it to MP3 but not got round to it as its such a tedious and horribly slow process.

I discovered Spotify quite recently. Work-wise I have not being doing much in the lab (am a biochemist, see?) so have been pretty much chained to a computer, writing unlikely funding applications to wheedle a few hundred thousand out of research councils to allow work to continue for the next 3 years.
If I don't I'm out of a job :o
Anyway, spotify. I have been re-discovering my teenage years of hair-metal, 80's Ozzy, and the NWOBHM.
Shocking.... Oh, and Rosetta Tharpe. Rock on- never did a fat old lady in a floral dress look so good with a 3 pickup SG, sounding like chuck berry. Brilliant

Excellent Rockumentary on Sister Rosetta on BBC4 recently - think it's still on iPlayer if you have access. From what they said/showed I think Chuck Berry was influenced by her.......
Will check out Spotify as I think I worn grooves on most of my CDs from being too stingy to get more!

Agreed Andy, that woman in a floral dress playing a mean solid-body electric guitar... in the days when all the Brits played were fairly nasty semi-acoustics. What a woman!

And from wikipedia, Tony Iommi on Sabbath's first album (currently in my ears)
According to guitarist Tony Iommi, "We just went in the studio and did it in a day, we played our live set and that was it. We actually thought a whole day was quite a long time, then off we went the next day to play for £20 in Switzerland."
Iommi recalls recording live: "We thought 'We have two days to do it and one of the days is mixing.' So we played live. Ozzy was singing at the same time, we just put him in a separate booth and off we went. "
