Nice, but you cant beat the old yamaha XS650
-
I don't think there's any difference in cost between a new 800 and a nice condition XS650, but the XS is getting to be an old bike now and let's face it, if you're buying to ride the 800 is the better choice (imho).

Apparently ..Kawasaki have revitalised the W650 and morphed it into an 800 to take on the Bonneville....
let battle commence!!

They kept the drum brake on the back but ditched the kickstarter :-\. They'd better have a good price and teach their dealers that not every rider really wants a ZZZZR90000RRRRRRRZ. I tried to buy a W650 before I went for the Bonneville, it was simply too much hassle their dealers only understood green plastic.

I like LSL . They did a similar thing with the Bonnie a few years back.
I've got my Bonnie just as I want it now. Only thing I would add are a set of thruxton fork caps.
