Title: Something for the weekend?
Post by: mini-thumper on April 14, 2010, 06:58:26 AM
I think this (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1954-Vincent-998cc-Black-Shadow-and-Steib-S-501-Sidecar_W0QQitemZ170469336128QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Motorcycles?hash=item27b0c3a440) is the most expensive bike I've seen on eBay! I imagine, unless there is a Russian oil billioanaire lurcking in our midst, that this is totally off all our radars..............

Aye Richard,

It's his knees! He can't see the monitor so well these days! ;)

Oi Boyd! Have a read of this 'thread': Boyd to read! (http://www.thumperclub.com/smf/index.php?topic=4440.0)  ::)

Use been dossing or having to many anti-inflamitories (pedant error?) ??? ???

Sally passed the MoT today! ;D Inverness tomorrow, all being well. 9 sets of road works between Perth and Inversnecky at present, some with 'convoy control'! Big ZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzz in a box, so the back way (old A9) on Sally should prove a satisfactory alternative. Keep running old girl. ;)

Toodle pip, Bill.

Nevertheles its still bloody expensive for a 55 bhp bike and sidecar.

If it was a (lot) cheaper I'd buy it myself.

No, it's a red Datsun thingy, which you'd use to cart the Fleabay item around in to all the shows! ??? Curmudgeonly instinct again. Bah! Humbug! :(

Sun is going to shine again tomorrow! ;D
