Very, very unconvinced, had a look at their "how it works page... *if* the beads were able to overcome centrifugal force and move around like they say one has to assume that whenever the wheel encountered a bump they would try to compensate in the same way as for an imbalance.... ::)
About as convincing as the lies told about cr*p you can clamp round your fuel line/drop in the tank to make your moped go like a Ferrari....

Of course I coud be wrong and generations of motorsports engineers have missed a trick....

Not really a new idea, back in the 70's there was a gizmo that consisted of an oil filed tube complete with some lead shot.  You fitted it around the rm of the wheel, then, as you pulled away the lead shot would naturally move to balance the wheel.  Brillant, Oh except that it was so out of balance on pulling away that the whole car, truck etc would jump and bump and fly about, and made a bike unrideable as I remember.  Was like pulling away with tyre sealent in steroids...
