That'll be the Picador engine.
Made at the Factory for that purpose.

Close Bill, but no Kewpie doll. Its a converted OSSA Stilletto 250 Scrambler(what they called them before moto cross became the generic term for scrambles). Some of these bikes are still used for racing by the Historic Motorcycle Racing Club. I once had the OSSA Pioneer 250 Enduro.
An Aside., I have a video somwhere of the club races at Barbagallo Race Track. There is a Goldie going flat out down the main straight and it sounded great. I think this may have been my turning point of getting back on the bikes myself. These "Oldies are not noise restricted in any way as they are " Classics". The T500 chair sounded OOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHH , err WHOOOOOOOOOOp, WHOOOOOOOOOOOPBratttBratt pop pop, Whoooooopp

Hi Kurt,
Who's KTT Mk V111 is that in photo 2009/11/03-001 please?, the helmet looks like a UK rider I know but I don't think the bike is one of his, could be Dennis Quinlan but I think he owns earlier KTT's.

Aye Kurt,
OSSA Eh! Always liked the look of them and especially the race ones. Sad about that Spaniard who was very promising on one at the TT, until he 'lost it'. :( I apologies as I can't remember his name. However, I shall go and reming myself after writing this.
Trust your weather is dinkum, I've an old work colleague up near Townsville and they've been getting the cyclones recently! ??? Bit damp!
My regards, Bill.
