Simon83 and I should be in the Plough (Whitchurch) sometime tonight, but I can't give an exact time because we're having a curry first. We'll definitely be in there by 9.30 though.

Sounds stupid, but I *almost* envy you the ride tomorrow (really! :o ???)
Always a good feeling having 90% of things sorted out, no work for a couple of days and having a beer/food with some mates before a good long bike run.
Nice and relaxing and a gentle glimmer of excitement in the background over the trip. 8)
I really hope it's dry(ish) for you lot tomorrow, will make it into a really nice run once you hit the A6 etc :)

If you get this Simon and Graham, evidently the A6 is flooded @ Shap so you may have to use some of the M6. I have been in touch with Darren whoi is up in Carlisle and I hope to meet him at the Mcdonalds on the M6 at Junction 44 for about 1:00 pm. I will telephone you at home to see if you can make this.

Update, Tibbie Shiels is now cancelled until further notice. The site is flooded and the pub is now an island. All roads leading there are flooded and as more rain is forecast tonight it will not be possible to mget there.
