Aye Steve,

If you really want to be sickened, ??? go and purchase the October 2009 issue of MS&L, a seven page article awaits you! I'm sorry if this causes further grief :'( or maybe you'll just  ;D and come over all wistful and philosophical. :)

At least it's tangible, objective philosphy, instead of this cranial gymnastics, hypothetical, subjective stuff we sometimes endure! ;)

Yep, I've seen that too!  :'(

Thing is in the same issue is the top of the range Harley Davidson Electraglide ( with big bore Squeaking Weasel engine) for over £25K !!!! .. if I had that sort of money to spend on a bike, i know where my money would be going.  Makes the VUN look cheap. But is is a truly beautiful bike.

As an aside, I knew a bloke who was dead set on buying a race-prepped Bimota Supermono (which made the Ducati Supermon look cheap). Everything was going ticketyboo until he set up a test ride on a track. The simple fact was he didn't fit on the bike! He isn't a monster of a bloke and he also races a Kreidler 50, so how small must the Bimmi have been?

.....I've just worked out that if I sold the wife to white slavers and the kids for organ donors I should be able to afford one!!!!  ;D .....gets rid of all my headaches in one go!

I always ached for the 918 although I dont think i would get my knees onto the rests now but if I get 6 numbers up I would have one just to look at, also like the MV F4
