Have you seen what Brian Crighton's up to? an updated rotary norton racer......and Steve Spray's gonna be riding it.....
I thought those Roraries were fanatastic, I watched them at snetterton with Hislop and Spray just demolishing the opposition, and those bikes were set up and developed by Crighton.....really hope he does well with this new venture....I know it's non-thumper....but it is british.....and he is the editor of classic bike (or was, not sure what his position is now?)

Still have my Norton RCW588 "nipstuffer' T-shirt from the IoM, complete with "Come on Norton Stuff the Nips" across the back. We had a banner with the same on it and sat on Laurel banks for one of the races and did they sound sooo eeeeeeeeee spine on fire when they came flying through. WHYat surprised us was seeing Trevor Nation in the paddock a couple of days later - he spotted the t-shirt and asked if we were the guys on the bank. Aparently he had spotted us as he was racing through - said that this banner just jumped out of the greenery at him. Signed the t-shirt too (OK I am a boring sad git). Yes they sound wonderful and really really fly. Though I suppose if they do start racing again - in what class? - we will have the previous argument about capacity.
Wonder if the fuel injectors make them less thirsty?
Oh and who wants to buy a slightly used wife and two young boys - if I am to have one I need some serious funds.

The marketing men's waffle after the description of each bike is brilliant, I was laughing so hard a bit of wee came out. "witchcraft" lol.

Those are all Chinese. Nothing wrong with that, but you can buy Chinese bikes for less from other companies. How many firms are making "Nortons" this year anyway?

Now that's sad!!
