I may be a bit slow because I'm tired after a working day, but I can't work this one out...

Peugeot? Funny numbers?

You may need to explain (using crayons), am I being slow?

ok the numbers I suspect are a lat and long so my guess is he's been using google earth (or similar) to spy on you??

Aha! I understand. I think the house two doors down has a red Peugeot on its drive. My house is the only one in the row with a garage on the side. My wife drives a black Almera and she keeps that on the front drive (although how a 15 foot long strip of concrete can be called a 'drive' is open to question).
