Just a quick note to say good luck to Jethro with his new job starting Monday.

What would be best/worst - Harley engine in a Ducati frame or vice versa ?
Too much beer over lunch and Jethro could find out.
Best of luck, enjoy.

Aye 002,
Wave a Whitworth or AF at something!! More BSP on Harleys. ;)
All the best. Bill.

I would suggest the best would be a Ducati in a Ducati frame and the worst a Harly in a Harly frame.
Mind have seen a very pretty Triumph in a Ducati frame (The Tricati) and an interesting Harly in a FZr400 or was it 600 frame. (Hedgehog and Tigger of the Hillclimb fraternity.)
Hedgehog - now there is a memory of the past... :)

Good job I got my Tool Boxes into work today.
Had to dismantle 5 Bike lifts so that they can be Powder coated in Ducati and BMW corporate colours.
Made in America....so out came the Imperial Allen Keys and A/F sockets and one guy asked what was in one of the other draws.....Whitworth says I....Wots That ?.....So I showed him my Podger !!!!!!

You've been dying to get your podger out for ages!.......bit of a risk on the first day though?
leaves to go and flonk his dwile....
-
Well I never ......... premonition or what? :o
As for flashing the podger or flonking your dwile, that could all lead to a period of fuddle! ::) You got a juggins, by the sound of it. ;)
Might I suggest an EazyRizer/BigBlue for self, rather than an American barn door? http://www.on-bike.com/index.htm (http://www.on-bike.com/index.htm) ;D
Cheery bye, Bill.

Typical isn't it? Jethro is only on his second day back riding his old commute route (which he did for 15 years or so) and THIS (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/wales/south_east/7949061.stm) happens.
Hopefully he managed a crafty switch to the back roads to get home.
