A friend was round yesterday with his R80 with 185,000 on the clock. Gearbox problems are the small spring which effects the gearchange, it's not up to the job and if it goes 'ping' nothing works! ??? BMW know about and choose to do nought! >:( He has had his apart 3 times and there is no garuntee of the longevity of the wee b*****d! >:(

So maybe a crate of 'Headsplitter' should be ordered from Orkney! :o

this i ate until i was uncomfortable, then i had some cake made by master Tom which was equally as nice and made me feel even more uncomfortable.
I am of course talking of the Stalwarts birthday,RobG had asked a few friends that live in the cardiff area(whitchurch)to pop round to celebrate the hairy ones day of birth.
Earlier in the day Viv and i had gone shopping(she told me i could buy stuff,turned out she was lying >:()she asked if i wanted a card for Fidel,i said "nah old git never buys me one" and as i said that look what i found!,the old cliche"i saw this and thought of you" sprang to mind :D

Brought back so many memories of the days when we used to drink in The Royal Oak.
