The use of vegtables in the world of the motorcycle enthusiast is not unusual .

I recall returning from a trip to see the brigadier one Sunday, when I blew out the baffle on my Norman 'Nippy ' . Quick thinking saw me whittle down a cucumber ,given to me by the Brigadier , and replace said baffle .Subsequently I forgot about it and passed no less than four mot's!

Rob,

Did you leave your jacket by the door ?

Easier to collect when leaving.

I can see robG with a dried pumpkin on his head and using a cucumber as a baffle !

He does need something to use as a baffle !

Norman 'Nippy'
Now that brings back memories. Spent a lot of my youth hammering round the local woods on one of these.

I now have a strange vision of Steve happily riding around the woods on a Potato.
