The panniers are what I had off Pat which had been on his bike Dolly he made them but for some reason they did not work for him.

Further to that photo that was taken this year at the BSA John Bull rally near Yrpes Belguim(cant spell) I put on my outfit for two reasons I wished to look like a gentleman and also it was about the time of my birthday.

Trust me RobG, the picture flatters my attempts at panniers. Someone posted a link here on how to make a set that was far better than my method, I think Smudge followed the design and made a set. Sure one of the web smarties will post a link back to the thread in question soon.
