This bloke forgot he had a bloody great pole on the roof of his car:

What's even better is that he appears to have been attempting to enter a car park he monitored.

Pah! NCP*, serves 'em bloody right.

Oops!

We have a car like that in Sutton and its used to monitor and fine parents who park on the zig-zag lines outside schools to drop their little darlings off regardless of the danger they cause to all the other kids & road users.

Shame the muppet has to drag the revered name of 'Enfield' as in 'Royal' and the 'Lion rampant' emblem of the 'Royal flag' of Scotland into the debacle. :(

GC,

Not everybody knows this, but parking a motorcycle at NCP airport carparks is free. I've been leaving mine at long stay car park2 at Aberdeen for some years, when I go off to work for two weeks at a time. The bikes there are parked right under the office window, 24hr cover + cameras too. I squared it with Norwich Union and they're happy with it.

Anyhow, if they're having bother righting that wee motor, these guys can help:
