Title: 'new' sidecar
Post by: guest7 on November 04, 2008, 01:10:39 PM
Here's the chair my brother and I picked up last Saturday:

Any guesses to make and model? Somewhat scarily it came on an 8" wheel chassis  :o

The plywood is shot, but all the aluminium panels and trim are there so it's a straightforward 'chippying' job to sort it out. We are aiming to have it ready by late November. My brother intends using it for the Elefant rally, then I will have it for taking my kids out.

Cheers

I'd say that is a Briggs.
Without seeing it in the flesh(?) a Child/Adult coachbuilt saloon.

I'll get my anorak !

Wot, can't see the serial number from here  ;)

Go on then, what's a Briggs? Where's it made? Any relation to the engine/lawnmower people?
