Excellent recovery!! The man knows his stuff, if you're going down, go straight down and don't be afraid to accelerate  :o
A big rule of 4wd off road is to stay off the brakes as much as possible, we used to teach it by finishing a days off road training with the students taking turns to go round the whole course and we'd fine them a beer for every time the brake lights came on  :D
Of course we would go round as well to make it fair but i somehow never had to buy any drinks... :D

Mmm a bit of rust on the underside and the front right was low on tread and over inflated...
