Title: MZ Owners club Rallies

Has anyone done any of the MZ owners clubs rallies ?. I'm toying with going to the one in Northern Ireland at the end of May.

I went to the AGM when it was held in Caernarvon and it was interesting. I will not say more here. I assume you mean the MZ riders club? From what I recall the N-Ireland boys were a fine bunch.

Yep, meant Riders club. Would I be right in thinking the club is primarily focussed on two-strokes ?. It seemed like a good excuse to go to Ireland using the Pembroke - Rosslare ferry.

I've been to a few - AGM with Steffan, couple of Cwmdu rallies.  They were still focussed on the 2 strokes but with a few Rotaxes and even Skorpions about.  They were past their heyday but still a good club with a few nutters, mainly Ireland and South Wales based at the time - witness Huw in Spandex at the Dragon.

If I ever get an MZ running again I may go to a few events.  But probably not the AGM.
