dont normally click the YouTube links...

he's certainly a pretty good rider, but (do I sound old now??) if you want to (and and are able to) ride like that, he should take it where it matters, and prove himself on the track.

Although fun, thats IMHO a bit lairy for the roads, backing it in, etc?

I reckon the back sliding bit is him showing off and not at all beneficial to making good progress. All those supermoto guys have seen the pros do it on Eurosport and think that it's a good thing to do on the road... (insert Family Fortunes incorrect answer noise here)
