So whats a guy with a Land Rover doing here.
Well, over on the Difflock (4x4) forum we have been having a bit of a debate on greenlaning issues. One of the things I think is important is to get all lane users talking together, no matter how many wheels you have. Your views are important, please have a look and give your point of view. It is quite possable that there will be an independant web site set up specifically to allow ALL users to talk about the issues.

PS. would you please pass this invite onto any other green lane site you may be a member of.
Cheers ... FF ...
PPS. Did I mention I also own a Harley MT350

I like the idea of a wench, front or back, I'm not proud.

Actually there's few of us lurking about here ;)
Greenlaning is unfortunately not on for us up in the frozen North as the laws effectively ban it >:(

There is a guy on CRAG from Scotland who is working hard with various authorities to try and open up a route around Scotland. Hope he gets it sorted, would be a fabulious place to go laning.

CRAG has just opened up its forum slightly and now has a public section, only one post there at the moment (and thats mine) but may be worth a look as CRAG is open to all greenlaners.

and just to get things in perspective.....we are currently campagning to ensure that the 'unadopted' lanes in our area are entered in the county plan as Bridleways NOT BOAT's (Byways Open To All Traffic), should be interesting at the public meeting in April....I personally don't wan't motor vehicles using these tracks.....with no evidence that there has ever been vehicular traffic on them...I think classification as a Bridleway is the proper result

SteveL: If they have never been used by vehicles then I tend to agree. What area are you?
