They're a lovely bit of kit and in its own way the CB250RS is a landmark motorcycle. the first time the japs made a lively roadgoing thumper on their terms.

So, we ended up with a fast (for its capacity) good handling lightweight bike, with short(ish) stroke motor and euro styling.

Anyone who remembers the club's very own Howard Hughes (where are you now Simon Birch?) who used to tear around on the annual rally on a ratty CB will know that they can ride the wheels off most things (in the hands of a madman that is).
