Anyone out there know anyone who might be able to fabricate me a nice set of 127mm or 125mm dogbones for my Skorpion?

Hi mate,
If they are similar to the SZR ones there is a German company who often advertise on Ebay, might be worth a look. Also, if you still want the SZR gear ratios give me a call on 07768 123669 to arrange collection (you can have the whole lump if you can collect).
Cheers S,
Mav.

Come on then tell me what a dogbone is??? All that comes to mind is a fork brace.

Hello Ken! Just saw this.
Dogbones- the suspension linkage connecting the bottom of the monoshock damper to the "floating rocker device" (for want of a better term!) to allow swingarm damping.
All shown here is shiney-shiney titanium from US parts supplier corse mecchanica:

(tho I suspect the rocker, shown here is actually just polished ally....
See why they're called "dogbones"??

Looks suspiciously like the SZR item

Wouldn't surprise me steve,
I saw on the MZ list that the skorp swingarm is from a midsize yamaha (forget which), so could well be the same.

Steffan,
Did you get the dog bones ?
I've got a pair off a MZ mastiff 118 mm ,
They came with all the suspension linkage that I bought.
I tried them on my Skorpion they make the center stand useless ,never rode it with them on though.

Yes thanks mate.
I got a set of 125s off the MZ chap.
Initial thought are good
