Maybe this should be in "humour"... 

I believe the Germans call it "Schadenfreude"    ;D

Now I'm not a speed freak, and generally drive very sensibly on the road.  As such I cannot condone this:

Bang on dead cert. Either it never comes to court or he gets a nominal fine and a few points based on his good works, driving experiance etc etc.

What ever we will not see a proper fine and ban based on his position and role modeling.

About as much chance of being nicked as the Royal's being done for shooting two rare birds over the weekend (an offence that can carry a 5-year jail sentence) Over to you Mr. Brunstrom.

remember the copper who was let off for 145mph because he was testing his unmarked car?

meanwhile i was done for 40mph and a road with two lanes each way and a 10' gap between the carriageways.

One law for them and one for the rest.
