Title: SRX600 Crank

Hi all,

Fellow Supermono racer Dave Bennet is after a crank for his SRX race motor.

Does anyone have one?? 

He also wants a generator coil, genny pick up, and generator cover, but I think I have these.

Steve, I'm presuming the 400 crank is not interchangable??  Otherwise he could have my complete 400 motor.

I have in a spare bottom end (so would need stripping),  I'm not sure about the condition of the little end, is he planning on putting a new rod on it ?

I would think he'd strip it, and put a new rod, bearing etc.

In fact I think he wants to "shorten" the crank. ie. at the alternator end, without the alternator to get it spinning up quicker.

I will give him a phone over the weekend, and let you know?  Or a CC'd mail or something!

I've got an XT600 crank, the big end on the con rod is bu55ered, so will need to be split etc
in fact i've got the best part of an XT engine....what's needed?
