ive discovered why my rear indicators dont work.....the bulbs are in powder form after being rattled into oblivion against the indicator housing.....
the original indicators had an internal rubber mount and a large gap between the bulb and the casing, i dont think modern mini indicators take into account the vibrations of the thumper...

Buy led ones, and rubber mount them, theyll last forever but you need to use a ballast resistor to make sure they still flash proper...
I used to go out for a quick ride on my bimota, and when I got home have no tail lights. The bulbs used to fall out the crappy cev rear bulbholders and do this too. Not vibes, just crap italian tat bulbholders. I fixed it by grafting in holders from a c90 tail light :D

easy just get a suitable relais for led indicators like this one here , just choosen a the first website that came up in google
http://www.4-motorcycles.co.uk/acatalog/LED_Flight_Indicators.html
but every dealer , shop which sells the indicators usually also sells the relais for them

you could change only 2 but then you need the right resistors at the led lindicators or led indicators where the resistor is
already build in , but not all of them are suitable there are bikes around wich run 4 times 21 watt and some with 4 times 10 watt normal indicators , so simple things seem to be a bit difficult as you get so many different systems , but you can do wahtever you like realy there are no limits electronically everything is possible :-)
i personelly would go for all 4 as led`s and also the rear and brake light as led`s , they simply last longer and are shock resistant
btw if you like the original look of your bike then simply buy led bulbs you get them as indicator bulbs or rear light or brake light
they have normally everything build in and just fdit in place of the original bulb

think ill find me some snazzy led's all round.

The actual flasher unit depends on current to work. LEDs run on low current and low voltage. So you'll need to balance it all up.
