Title: Is that a sax I see in your pocket sir

I had to go for a full medical yesterday.
After I stripped off the doctor remarked on how my genitalia was perfectly shaped like a saxophone….
I quickly explained that it was a family trait and that all our family had genitalia shaped like musical instruments.
He was amazed and said “well in the 30yrs as a GP I’ve never seen anything like it”… he paused for a few seconds, then said “however I do remember a woman coming in a few years ago and her lady bits were shaped like a mouth organ”
To which I replied “ oh yes that’ll be OUR MONICA”
