Well..... surprise, surprise. Given the way they treat, or should that be treated, their customers. It doesn’t shock me one bit. Now don’t get me wrong, would I have wanted this outcome for them?
NO, definitely not. However you can not treat people, especially people that are/have paid top dollar for something, only to be treated like I was.
So.... sorry. But they’ve asked for this

It is a shame. But I suspect that this really was brought about by their change from competition based and highly respected machinery to hipster status symbols. I seem to remember various changes in ownership over the last years.

Hi Ian/Ian’s. I do know that when I bought mine it was definitely still under the ownership of the Clews brothers. The two sons of the original founder. That was four years ago. If they, whoever it was that owned it. Carried on treating their customers the way they treated me. This was almost inevitable. More a case of. When not if.
I genuinely feel sorry for all the staff that will most likely be out of work.
