It may change on the final version that hits the showrooms but what a visual carbuncle of an exhaust!

I know beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that, but for me all of these small capacity Indian manufactured bikes are getting to look a bit bland and samey. I like the idea of a Triumph single, especially as my first real bike was a Tiger Cub, but this one wouldn't light my fire enough to go for a ride.

It's odd really as I suspect this will be a nice, smooth, reliable bike and in 350/450 capacity would more than likely whistle along quite nicely. But give me my clattery, oil-guzzling GN250 any day. Even though I am chasing its faults in an effort to make it easier to live with I still get excited every time I go to my garage to get it out for a ride.

I hope the Triumph does well, but will be keeping my wallet closed apart from buying half of OPEC's annual production!
