Some of it "obvious" but sometimes we just don't think.

I think they need to rewrite the bit about filtering, as it seems to suggest doing it whenever possible, regardless of whether it's safe or not. They could also have mentioned that it's only really safe to do so when the traffic is stationary or very slow moving...
